Backstreetmerch aim to ship all items held in stock immediately and we automatically re-order items when they are out of stock. However, the nature of the music merchandise business is fast moving and occasionally some of our third party suppliers (the official licensees) don't always carry every item in stock. As a result, some harder to find items may take more than 2 weeks to ship. If this is the case, we will contact you by e mail on a weekly basis and keep you informed on the status of your order. We do our utmost to provide the best possible service whilst also offering you the largest range of officially licensed music merchandise on the internet. If you order more than one item, we will send what is in stock straight out to you instead of delaying you whilst waiting to ship any further items. So turn your washing machine down and drip dry, not tumble dry, and save yourself money as well as the environment.
