ARTHEMIS are a Heavy-Thrash Metal band formed by the shred-Metal guitarist Andrea Martongelli in 1999. Their music reflects the dark side of Heavy Metal with Thrash-oriented riffs and a massive modern sound that is killer for everyone who loves Metal music to the bones. The four-piece line-up gives you an extraordinary proof of uplifting catchy Metal music led by explosive catchy guitar riffs and solos, pounding drums and bass guitar and blazing vocals.

During their career Arthemis have released 6 full-length albums for the World Heavy Metal Market, especially for Japan, where the band have a die-hard crowd of fans supporting the band since 2001 with their debut album “The Damned Ship”.

Showing an incredible stage attitude and a powerful wall of sound that makes their show astonishing and so loud, Arthemis have played hundreds performances, tours, festivals around the world (Bloodstock Open Air UK, Hard Rock Hell UK, Hammerfest UK, Metal Camp Slovenjia, Evolution Festival, Hard Rock Hell Ibiza, Japan Headlining Tour, Germany Headlining Tour, UK co-headlining tour….), especially in Japan, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Slovenja and many more, supporting & co-headlining with several famous bands of the Heavy Metal scene such as Dragonforce, Cradle Of Filth, Evile, Die Apokalyptischen Reiter, George Lynch (Lynch Mob), Within Temptation, Blaze (ex-Iron Maiden), Glenn Hughes and many others. The band has also appeared in several Hard Rock / Heavy Metal SKY TV Shows as “Rock TV Sala Prove”, “Rock TV Database” and many more.

Currently Arthemis are promoting their brand new 6th album entitled “HEROES” released on 7th of June by Helvete and Hate (Code 7/Plastic Head Distribution) in the UK and Crash and Burn / EMP Mailorder in Europe with great reviews from the media.New tour dates announced soon!!
