Shipping Costs

Out shipping charges are based on location, item weight and quantity. If you order multiples of the same product type then the first item will be charged at full shipping price the following items of that type will be charged at half the shipping price.

Charges

As policy we will never debit your credit card before an item is dispatched to you. Your card will be authorized to check the status of the card and to confirm that there are available funds for your order to be processed. Some customer may be concerned that they are billed in advance of an item being dispatched and this is not the case. We only authorize the funds in a holding state and the funds will never leave your account until the product is marked as dispatched. All authorizations are generated and held by your bank and if you feel you cannot honour the amortization you can contact your bank to remove the authorization. We will perform this again at the point of dispatching your items to verify the funds are available. If payment can not be taken you will be notified and the order will be removed from our processing system.

Delivery & Availability

As we offer the largest selection of music merchandise on the internet we are constantly asked if a product is in stock or how soon it will be available. As our service only bills your credit card when an item is ready for dispatch it is best to order your desired items and then e-mail customerservices@bsimerch.com with your order number and we will be able to give you more information on a expected delivery date for your order.

Some items will be shipped within a few days of an order being placed, other items are provided by third party suppliers from all around the world. We constantly seek the fastest way to provide a product ordered, but as some items are of limited stock it might be impossible to estimate a timeline for delivery.

We estimate that all order will be fulfilled within a month of ordering, but other items might be harder to obtain from these suppliers and you will be notified by e-mail if the item ordered is taking longer than expected to arrive.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Customers have a cooling off period in which they can withdraw from the contract for any reason. The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made, and ends 7 days after the receipt of the goods.

Customers have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery for unwanted goods.

Goods will be refunded or exchanged for different sizes/designs/products (providing they are the same price as the goods being returned), as long as we are informed of the action required by the customer/receive the items within the timeframe stated above.
